Face painting for children aged 3 and over from 4pm-6pm raising funds for Woking and Sam Beare Hospice
10am-4pm Festival Place
We were delighted to reach the final four of the prestigious What’s On 4 2010 Awards but were sadly pipped at the post by a rival children’s entertainment company. We were, however, overwhelmed by the support we received which enabled us to go so far in the competition and would like to thank all of you who voted for us.
The award programme, which was supported by Prima Baby & Pregnancy magazine, is now in its fourth year and celebrates the best activities across the UK, as nominated and voted for by parents. This year, the awards were bigger than ever, covering 13 different categories ranging from Best National Pre-Schooler Activity to Most Outstanding Community Group Volunteer for children.
Over 2,500 nominations in total were made this year, with 27,000 votes received.
Fascinating Faces was a finalist in the Best Children’s Party Entertainment category, meaning that we received at least 5 nominations from parents to go through to the voting stage, followed by one of the largest number of votes from supporters in the lead up to the awards ceremony on the 27th June.
We were humbled and delighted to have been nominated and short listed for this prestigious award. We are immensely proud to be part of the rapidly growing world of face and body art and we get such great pleasure in bringing smiles to hundreds of children’s (and adults’) faces every year.
Thank you so much to all our clients and “fans” for your support!
